Terms of Service
Last updated
VendorSwap is operated by Linedot Inc. (“VendorSwap,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account or using our apps and website (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our community rules. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
VendorSwap is an invitation-only community for TCG and sports cards vendors. You must be at least 18, capable of forming a binding contract, and use a phone number you control. Some features are available only in supported regions or when enabled for your account.
2. Your account and invitations
Sign-in is by phone verification. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access secure. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. Your VendorSwap account is separate from your Lion Market account.
Each member may invite two people. You must generate each six-digit invitation code yourself; it expires after ten days and can be used once. A used invitation permanently counts toward the two; an unused expired code releases its slot. The founding code admits only the first twenty vendors. Do not sell invitations, share access to your account, or circumvent these limits.
3. Community rules
We have zero tolerance for abusive behavior. You must not:
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, or target another person with hate or abuse.
- Post sexual exploitation, illegal content, scams, spam, or unwanted commercial messages.
- Offer counterfeit or stolen cards, or misrepresent items or your right to sell them.
- Share another person’s private information without permission.
- Post content you do not have the right to share.
- Circumvent reporting or blocking, including trying to contact someone who has blocked you.
- Scrape or republish community content or private messages in bulk, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the photos, posts, comments, and messages you share. By posting, you grant VendorSwap a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and route that content to its intended audience as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, including any card imagery, logos, or trademarks pictured.
5. Member transactions and Bounty
Arrangements and transactions between members remain between those parties. VendorSwap does not process or guarantee member-to-member trades or payments, or guarantee the identity or conduct of other vendors. Use care when arranging transactions and verify card authenticity, condition, ownership, and payment terms for yourself.
If you use Bounty, the app displays the applicable buying window, eligible cards, quote, expiration, and pickup progress. You must own the cards or have authority to offer them and provide accurate information. A scan or valuation is not a completed sale. Review the terms shown for a quote before confirming it; confirming a quote does not charge a payment method.
6. Reporting, blocking, and moderation
Use Report or Block from a post, comment, vendor profile, or conversation to report abuse or stop contact. Reports are private and reviewed by the team. We may remove content, suspend accounts, or revoke unused invitations for violations. We may also report illegal activity to law enforcement.
For safety concerns or moderation appeals, contact support@lionmarket.app. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
7. Privacy and account deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your information. You may leave at any time using Settings → Delete Vendor Swap account. Deletion removes your profile, content, and sessions from VendorSwap and does not delete your separate Lion Market account. Limited records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VendorSwap disclaims all warranties, express or implied. The Service may change or become unavailable, and we cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Community opinions and card valuations may be incomplete, incorrect, or out of date.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VendorSwap and Linedot Inc. are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
Canadian residents. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under the consumer-protection laws of your province or territory, or requires you to waive a right or remedy those laws give you. If you are a consumer resident in Canada, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your province or territory, and its mandatory consumer law applies to the extent it conflicts with the paragraph above. If you are a resident of Quebec, the choice of California law and the choice of a California forum do not apply to you.
